In 1997, she became certified in acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society. She has been offering veterinary acupuncture to her patients to treat a variety of ailments, including arthritis and pain management. In the summer of 2008, she left Freeport to start her own practice in her hometown of Pownal. Her husband is named Tom, and they have two beautiful young boys, Parker and Mason. They share their home with their dog; Gordon, as well as two stray cats named Jack Hamster and Henry Gravel.

She graduated with an A.S. in Veterinary Technology from the Bangor campus of the University of Maine at Augusta and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Waiting for her at home are her 2 cats, Gus and Zoey, and two dogs, Henry and Buddy. Ann lives in Pownal with her husband Wally and daughters Elizabeth and Nora. The Soule family also includes a dog named Trixie, a cat named Ashley, as well as cows, a horse, chickens and other animals on their family farm, known as "Remember When Farm". The Soules sell the freshest eggs and produce, as well as their own cheese.
Chelsea Gray joined the staff at Pownal Veterinary in October of 2012. Chelsea studied veterinary technology at Great Bay Community College in Stratham, New Hampshire, and has accumulated many years of experience since completing her studies. Chelsea is an outdoorswoman, and especially likes to hike and camp with her dog; Billy. We recognized right away that she would be a great addition to our hospital, and we are sure that you will think the same!
Katie McGee has returned for the final stretch of classroom training at the Atlantic Veterinary College of the University of Prince Edward Island. Go Katie! Originally from Gardiner, Maine, Katie is a graduate of Cornell University. She is a smart, hard-working and compassionate person who is going to be an excellent veterinarian. We hope very much to see her back at Pownal Veterinary Hospital!!
And this is Charlie - a sweet, little friend of ours!
